Dr. Adam Feit, Co-Founder and CEO
Dr. Feit's successful senior management and R&D track record in Israel's hi-tech industry includes his prior position as CEO of SigValue, a real-time billing software start-up venture, which achieved a successful exit upon acquisition by Amdocs (DOX). He previously held senior management positions in both Israel and the USA in such leading corporations as Tadiran Ltd., and Amdocs Inc. (DOX, NYSE). He has managed hi-tech venture capital funds Commutech Ltd. and Inventech Ltd., as well as hi-tech start-ups. Dr. Feit co-founded Peak-Dynamics in 2010 and today leads the development of the company's unique algorithmic solutions. He holds a BSc and MSc from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and a PhD from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), in California, USA.

Cary Hillebrand, Regional Manager North America
Based in metropolitan Philadelphia, Mr. Hillebrand is Regional Manager, North America. His previous positions include consultant at Halcrow - Energy Management and Optimization, Water and Power Business Group; Regional Manager for the New Zealand based Derceto Inc., where his work included preparing over twenty feasibility studies for clients in the United States, Canada, and England. He was a self employed consultant doing business as CNB Associates, a Project Manager with Westin Engineering Inc., a senior engineer with Greeley and Hansen, and a project manager with Tahal Consulting Engineers Ltd. in Tel Aviv. Mr. Hillebrand holds a BE in Electrical Sciences from the School of Engineering, Stony Brook University (NY, USA), and an MS in Engineering from the Department of Engineering Geo-Science at University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Lea Kronaveter Goldstein, Research Director
Dr. Lea Kronaveter Goldstein has extensive expertise in water resources and water systems management, including planning and operation, modeling and decision support, surface hydrology and management of international waters. Positions held include Head of Water Resources Modeling Department, Mekorot (Israel National Water Company); Visiting Senior Lecturer, Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Dr. Kronaveter holds a BSc in Water Resources Management, Agricultural Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, Yugoslavia, and an MSc and PhD in Civil Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

Dr. Gil Strassberg, Delivery and Projects Director
Dr. Gil Strassberg is an expert in the fields of water resources and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Gil has been involved in a wide range of academic and consulting projects that involved GIS analysis, water resources, and development of software solutions. Previous positions include Senior Product Engineer at Aquaveo LLC, a leading developer of surface and ground water modeling systems, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Bureau of Economic Geology, University of Texas at Austin, and Lecturer at Ruppin Technological College where he teaches courses in GIS and Hydrology. Dr. Strassberg holds a B.Sc in civil Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, and an MSc and PhD in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
