Roni Einav, Chairman
Having started his hi-tech entrepreneurship in the 70s by founding Einav Systems, a consulting and computer services company, he went on to established Einav Hi Tec Assets, an investment company focused on technology ventures. He has since founded/invested in over 25 ventures, among them New Dimension Software (listed on NASDAQ and acquired by BMC Software), Liraz Computers (part of Blue Phoenix and listed on NASDAQ), Jacada (listed on NASDAQ), Eurekify (acquired by Computer Associates), and many others. He continues to actively support the development of most of his investments as director or chairman. Mr. Einav served in the Israel Defense Forces as a systems weapon analyst in the R&D section, completing his military service with the rank of Major. He holds a BSc in Management and Industrial Engineering, and an MSc in Operations Research, both from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Mr. Einav is co-author of an important memoir - Nordau to NASDAQ, and a co-founder of Peak-Dynamics.

Adi Brook
With extensive experience in top-level management, Mr. Brook was CEO of De Qwan Enterprise & Investments, a consultancy firm working with start-up and established companies. He was CEO of leading project management companies including subsidiaries for the Nextcom Group, and Bintech Managing Deploying & Enterprise, where he held the position of CEO for five years. Prior to that, he worked with major cellphone carrier, Pelephone, heading their Acquisitions and Licensing Department. Mr. Brook holds a BA in Business Studies with a specialization in marketing and mass media from the College of Management in Tel Aviv, an MBA in Business Studies from the School of Management Rishon Lezion, and completed an executive course for managers of public companies at the Israel Management Center.

Avi Broder
With over 16 years experience in Israel's hi-tech industry, Mr. Broder was actively involved in both finance and strategy management with dozens of startups. A CPA with two of the country's "Big 4" accounting firms, Avi previously served as CFO for BRM Technologies, founded and managed a CFO outsourcing consulting practice and founded companies including ERB Finance as its GM; ESOP Excellence, Israel's largest option management service provider; and BDB, a technology accelerator and investment company focusing on cleantech and medical devices, as its CEO. Mr. Broder is a CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Lior Shahory
Lior has extensive experience in early stage investments, strategic planning, business development and working with entrepreneurs to establish successful companies. He serves as CEO of Incentive, twice named Israel’s leading incubator. Prior to joining Incentive, Mr. Shahory was Deputy Program Director of the Incubators Program. He currently serves on the Boards of Rocketick, Valire, CardioGard, Topsight, Jointech, Cartiheal and OticPharma on behalf of Incentive. Together with Peregrine Venture Partner, Eyal Lifschitz, Mr. Shahory co-chairs ITIF (Israel Technology Incubators Forum). He holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from the University of Haifa and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
